How ProjectPilot works
ProjectPilot tracks three things: projects (each with a status and a required next step while active), an idea parking lot (so a new idea doesn't have to compete with what's already in flight), and subscriptions (so a paused project doesn't quietly keep billing you).
The active-project limit
You can only have a handful of projects "in flight" at once (three by default — change it in Settings). Trying to make another one active prompts you to pause or finish something first. This is the entire point of the app, so there's no setting to disable it entirely.
Getting help
This is a personal, single-account app with no support team behind it. If something is broken, reach out to the app's owner.
iOS app
The iOS companion app signs in with the same email and password as the web app and talks to the same account — anything you do on one shows up on the other.
